OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
At Ascent Luxury Transportation, the health and safety of our clientele is our number one priority. We require the highest level of standards when it comes to cleanliness and safety. As a result, each vehicle undergoes a daily sanitization regimen:
- Sanitizing solution
- All surfaces, including luggage compartments and exterior handles, are sanitized with disinfectant solution before and after each ride.
- Steam treatment
- We steam clean all interior surfaces twice daily for further sterilization.
- Ozone treatment
- As an added measure, an ozone generator is used daily to sanitize interior surfaces and air vents and ducts. Ozone is a gas that destroys bacteria and viruses and can reach into air ducts where organisms may hide where other cleaning methods cannot reach.
During increased levels of precaution, your driver may wear a N-95 mask and may cease to offer bottled water and other amenities. We include hand sanitizer in each vehicle available for your use. Our drivers also utilize hand sanitizer after every interaction. While we are here to serve you, we recognize that you may want to handle your own luggage at this time. Please don’t hesitate to state your preference.
